Our regular check-in time is 4:00 PM. The regular checkout time is 10:00 AM. If you book your stay directly with us (either by phone, or via our website), we provide FREE early check-in at 3:00 PM and FREE late checkout at 11:00 AM.
We have early check-in and late checkout options available for an additional fee. You’ll have the opportunity to register for early check-in or late checkout when you make your reservation.
If booking directly with Mar Bella, guests receive 100% refund if cancellation occurs at least 5 days before arrival. After that, there is no refund. There is no refund for no-shows. If booking through a platform like Airbnb, booking.com, Priceline, Expedia, Vrbo, etc., please refer to the platform’s cancellation policy.
The pool is open every day from May 1 to September 30. Pool hours are 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

We don’t serve breakfast, but Mar Bella has two coffee bars on premises featuring an assortment of Starbucks coffees and teas. There are many excellent places to eat breakfast within just a couple minute’s drive. There are breakfast items and snacks available 24×7 in the Mar Bella self-serve market.

We operate with a 24.82 kW solar energy system, use LED lighting, smart thermostats, heat pumps, and energy-efficient appliances to reduce energy use. Our water-saving practices include low-flow showerheads, low-flow toilets, a towel/linen reuse program, and rainwater collection used for irrigating our gardens and landscaping. We also emphasize waste reduction, with recycling bins in every room, a commitment to avoiding single-use plastics, refillable soap and toiletry dispensers, and composting organic material whenever possible.
