Appointments are held especially for you and our clients. We do understand that appointments may need to be canceled or moved, so we ask that you give the spa 24 hours’ notice prior to the beginning of your first appointment if any appointments need to be canceled or moved. Any appointments canceled or changed within those 24 hours will be subject to a 50% charge of the service fees.
